Thursday Gardening Group

This session is for anyone who might want to try something new, meet people & do something for the local community and its wildlife.

We are a sociable & mixed ability gardening group, where each week we aim to add colour and interest to the park while also improving it for the local wildlife. Activities include sowing seeds, tending to the food garden, litter picking, watering and harvesting and path maintenance.

Work gloves and refreshments are provided, and you can stay for as long as like!

Under 15s must be accompanied by a guardian, 16 – 17 year olds must have signed permission from a guardian.

Attendees will meet by the Pavilion in Hull Road Park, YO10 3TQ.
