Submissions for YEF25 will open on Sunday 1st June.

Read the guidelines
To give you an idea of what kind of events we’re looking for, have a look at our guidelines page.
Please note that all events in the festival must be free and open to all to take part in the festival.

Fill in the form
When the call for events opens, come back here to fill out the application form and register your event.
We reserve the right to moderate all events submitted to the festival, to ensure they meet our festival guidelines.

Promote your event!
When you’ve had the go-ahead that your event is approved, it’s time to start spreading the word!
You will be featured in a printed programme and on the YEF website – if you promote your event on social media, don’t forget to tag us so we can support you.
