DESCRIPTION:A walking tour of the Minster’s heritage estate with the Director of Works & Precinct\, taking in its ambitious projects and low carbon initiatives. \nThis is a chance to see how the ambitious projects established in the York Minster Precinct Neighbourhood Plan are taking shape\, focussing on work to protect heritage & environment. The projects range from new solar panels\, to combatting damage caused by increased rainfall. \nThis tour will appeal to those interested in heritage but also with a concern about our rapidly changing environment. \nThis is an 18+ event.
